by the way when you give antibiotic it kills bad and good bacteria; and can cause runny stool. it's best to give probiotic when giving antibiotics to keep a healthy GI system.
also you can feed a bland diet of chicken and rice or turkey and oatmeal to settle the stomach.
check with the vet to rule out any other issues. good luck
