I also have the Outward Hound sling. My Roxie weighs about 6 pounds and after a while you really need to either switch shoulders or set her down. I am going to look into either making or purchasing some type of padding to put on the strap (it is not padded at all where it contacts your shoulder). I was thinking maybe one of those pads you put on a seat belt might be just the ticket....what does the other sling owner think?
