Oh okay. It just looked similar to a cuterebra, and if the cuterebra is damaged in any way, it can go septic also, and cause anaphylactic shock. Difference is cuterebra don't smell bad like an abcess does, and the itchy and unsettled behavior occurs with it too. Also occurs more often in ares heavily populated with rabbits... and large black flies are carriers.
