These are the real baddies to avoid. There will always be other hot button ingredients that there is disagreement over. I think if you avoid these you are will ahead of the game, then you can make personal decisions about other ingredients. For instance I have no idea if Canola oil is good or bad. I just avoid it because there are choices out there that don't use it.
