Ok, its me who said DONT clean up while they watching, they interpret it as " its ok because she pays attention to what i did" so if you DONT catch them peeing in the wrong place its better to ignore it, if you catch them peeing yell NO and put them on the pee pad right away, remember to praise them plenty when they do it where you want them to. I got this information from a puppy trainer many years ago, long before i had my girls. I trained both my girls this way and it really worked for us.
Im not sure if they understand punishment, so from the start i praise them for the things they do the way i expect them to and ignore them for a few minutes after they did wrong. ( i tell them NO thats a bad girl now ) They dont allow me to ignore them for more then a few minutes and will come tell me their story after 2 minutes lol
