Both Bentley and Sadie are now sick. I wrote this whole rant once and it ddin't send.

They first got sick over Labor Day weekend with Bentley throwing up at my mom's house. We left and took them home to be closer to a vet and the next morning Sadie threw up. We went to the ER and got them well again. antibiotics and anti-vomitting meds ext. Bentley even had x-rays for possible obstruction to reveal that he was very backed up. They both got better and were fine. we chalked it up to a raw diet spoiling on our drive up there and switched them from the bland diet while they were sick to Orijen fish and potato.

Then...we went on an overnight trip and left them at home with my BIL. They were in a 4x4 x-pen and fed and took out plenty. A huge thunderstorm came through and they got diarrhea. Bentley had been having an occasionall loose stool we were watching before we left. Gave propectalin and he got better.

Now he's still having loose bowel movements and Sadie started throwing up last night. including her entire dinner several hours after eating it.

They don't chew their food, they just inhale it. i've been trying to get them to slow down and putting balls in their dish to make them, but they still inhale it. could that be causing all this recent GI?

I have them at my vet's at work with me. hopefully they will get them better for good. i'm so spent both mentally, emotionally, and tired of cleaning up puke and poop, tired of spending all our savings on sick puppies. i just want this overwith and better so we can be happy and not always worrying. between GI and Sadie's allergies and her feet problems i can't afford much more vet care. i mean i can, but it's really putting a giant dent in our savings and taking a lot from our money. over 400 last ER visit and i already owe 80 for Sadie's foot on top of today's help.

just ranting and venting, you all know i'd do anything for them...i may have to get care credit or something soon. i just hope they get well. i wanted a fecal on at least Bentley to rule out giardia and coccida. some of this is going around in our daycare/lodge...i'm almost ready to blame this place for their sickness because other dogs here keep getting sick.

i'm so frustrated, going for broke, and tired of this. had to vent. please send ur prayers up and encouragement. bless the hands of the dr. so she can help them get better. and please if you have advice let me know.
