please check with ur vet; as stomach noises and not eating is not a good sign. what food are u feeding her. to get sick dogs to eat vets recommend green tripe; solid gold makes canned green tripe they sell it in petco. but you need to make sure she's not sick.
i also believe they sell milk for young puppies; something like dogsure.
