No the vet never checked! I actually had the vet look into her ears 2 weeks ago and she said they were clean, but a little crusty so she cleaned them out. When the derm looked into her ears yesterday though he pulled out some dark brown/black ear wax, so I was confused because we've been dealing with this scratching since May/June, and I would think that the wax would have been a symptom that should have popped up by now because he said that was common.
