When we sell a Biewer we provide a video of the puppy via YouTube or live feed using our web camera via MSN. This way the client can see exactly what the puppy looks like.
We also provide a very extensive vet check list and a bile acid test. And of course our normal health guarantee.
In reading the entire post, I can see that there has been some miscommunications between both parties. It's like the old saying goes "there is his side, her side and the truth is somewhere in between"
