My baby has the fleas...bad. I use First Guard 3 weeks ago. Can i go ahead and give him another dose? He must be picking them up on our walks thru the woods at night. I don't seem to have them in the house but bombed the house anyways.

Any suggestions? He is 3lb 14oz and has a liver shunt.
