I watched a show once where little piglets were numbered and switched which one they were nursing off of and as soon as they got latched on and it wasn't "theirs" they all ran around and got back in order. (Yeah, I guess I was pretty bored lol) -- but makes me wonder if it's that way with most animals with multiple offspring.
