Every home should have a treadmill and some barbells. That is really all you need. This way, when the weather is bad out, you can walk inside, at your own pace. 3-5 days a week, 45 minutes a time. Use weights to burn more calories, strenth, posture, and prevent bone loss in the female body. Cut down portion sizes......weight watcher points. Try it for a few months....
