Yay! I need the motivation too. Today lets start with writing down what we eat and keeping track of calories. In addition, if you have any good healthy recipes post them to share. I will try to get a work out in today if I'm not depressed with the Buffalo Bills today.

If anyone has any good suggestions please share them!
