such a shame about the poor bichon. there is no excuse for that. there should have been barriers between the kennels where the dogs are kept and the front door. Plus the front door should never be held open for any period of time longer then it takes for someone to walk in or out. | I definitely think that there should be some kind of security like Kalina82 has mentioned. Why take the chance on something like this happening....what a shame! |
