We owe Skye's life to the veterinary staff at our local emergency animal hospital. She was diagnosed with parvo in April. I could see in the vet's eyes that she didn't want to give us much hope - but we told them to do everything possible to save her. She was in intensive care with round the clock care. Her nurse, Meredith, loved on her and let her know there was a reason to live. Skye pulled through despite the odds being stacked against her. If it weren't for the staff at the hospital literally doing everything possible to save her, she wouldn't be here licking my face today. Just amazes me! |
