Thanks all. I really missed everyone during this stressful move. Harley is almost 11 months now... (wow I can't believe he's almost a year old already). He's acting more puppyish than ever now... I'm enjoying the fun of trying to puppy proof one room at a time... and let me tell you he's not making it easy. I'm a little worried about the radiators. Every room has one, and he's made it a game to go behind them and under them to eat all the lint behind them (I can only get so well behind there) I'm hoping this is just an exploration phase and he'll grow out of it.
He also decided when I opened up a new area to him, that my door stop was a GREAT chew toy....

so yeah we'll see what he gets into next. I just opened our bedroom up for him last night... it's not completely unpacked but I made sure it's safe. He'll only be in there supervised so that makes it a bit easier. He is usually on our bed when we're in there.
Oh and the little bug... in his room, he's made it a game to go unplug all my electrical chords... which I swore were protected from him... ugh he gave me a heart attack, cause I really thought he couldn't get to them. So we went out and got a new shelf that is caddy cornered, I'd like to see him get behind that one... (I better be careful what I wish for lol).
It's an adventure. He got through the night last night, he just keeps waking up at 6... ugh. and when I feed him at 8 he's acting like he's starving, but he has kibble all night... lol... silly puppy. He's definitely helping me deal with all this crap. Our new place is ALOT nicer than our old one, it's got a lot more nooks and places to store stuff too, making it easier to puppy proof. But as any new place it has some problems. Like there are only 2 3-pronged plug ins... the rest are all 2... I knew this old victorian home was going to have some sort of hidden issues. So I get to have a fun chat with the land lord this week. *sigh*...
We'll I'll keep you all posted, hope you don't mind my rant/journal I just wrote, it's nice to just write it all down, get it out, and then get up and start unpacking some more....
