I clicked on the link in her message, and there are no puppies for sale. It is an article about Maltese. There are pictures, under one it does say "adopt dogs" or something, but it isn't clickable.
She is also in the Phillipines.
I think she posted by mistake (although I could be mistaken) as this is her only post.
