I'm certain that Zhoie will be a size 1 in each shoe. Cooper is 9 pounds and can wear a 2 or 3. I only say they are Cooper's favorite boots because I think they're more his style. However, the pink ones also come in leopard print

I have included a photo of Cooper in his boots. Don't worry about the expression on his face. I assure you he's really happy.
I can't give much of an opinion. Both boots will protect your dog from snow. They are fairly similar in relation to the ease of putting the boots on.
