Be very careful. She's much to young to be walked outside. She's too susceptible to catching something at this age. For now, stick to in house training. Walk her on a leash inside just so she gets used to that feeling. Then, when she's a little older, has had all of her shots, and you give her immune system time to build up her defenses (approx 18-20 weeks), take her to obedience class. There she'll learn that she has to listen even in a crowd of puppies and humans. Everyone there will be co-operative and I think it's just a better environment for learning. Good luck!
