I'm sorry your little girl is having these problems. Thank goodness you got insurance. I really hope it will cover her in this circumstance.

May I ask how long you've had her? Petplan has a two week waiting period after enrollment before it becomes effective. I read she's only 11 weeks old now, and most insurances won't cover puppies much younger than that.

While she may not be showing symptoms yet, she has been diagnosed with a heart murmer, correct? This information will be shown in your vet records which are available to the insurance company.
