Yes and often with that can be hydrcephalic. The brain contains fluid filled chambers. In hydrocephalus, those chambers have way too much fluid. The fontanel may never close. the excess fluid can cause pressure on the brain and early death often results. Also often you will see eyes a little more wide set.
Yes they look cute perhaps but they have a very big problem that can be terminal way sooner than you think.
