Oh I completely agree. Now, that is what is
supposed to happen from everything I can tell. Whether or not those procedures are actually being followed, who knows? But I can definately see where it is cause for concern and what many who are dishonest are seeing as a loophole and a way to 'sneak in the back door' so to speak. The end result would be the loss of AKC's reputation for being the "preferred, best" registry.
