Okay I am weigh a lot more then i should(about 60 lbs) but i stopped eating meat and now i walk 2 miles a day (takes about an hour hour 15 min) and i have switched things in our lives around like instead of pop tarts we eat organic cereal bars instead froot loops we have granola cereal instead of cake weeat butter and salt free air poped popcorn
and if my ten year old can do it and not complain then i think anyone of us adults can
