Yes, you would only get traditionally colored yorkies as the traditional color is dominate and it takes 2 recessive genes to get a Parti colored yorkie. If however, the traditionally colored yorkie was a carrier (had the spotting gene).. it could be a different story.
I myself, would only register the traditionally colored puppy if I were planning on keeping him/her in my breeding program, otherwise I would not register the puppy.. some disagree with this and believe all of the pups should be registered so as to keep track of lines, colors, pups born etc.. they have a valid point however I personally don't do it.
The puppy would be registered with a Biewer registry.. there is at least one registry in the states and many in Germany that could be used to register the "carrier" or traditionally colored puppy from a Biewer/AKC Yorkie mating. Most of the German clubs recognize the AKC registry and accept their registration I believe.
