I have contacted the breeder and she is so sorry about this and feels awful. She said she had no idea of this. She volunteered a full refund which I'll take her up on. The money back won't fix our little Harlie but will help with her diagnostics. I have a call into the clinic and am expecting the doctor to call back any time now.
