I'm thinking of asking him when he's better to just refer me to the specialist. I know it would rule out one more thing, but I think if it was a foreign object there wouldn't be 3 months between of no problems.
I mentioned to him predisone, and he said he had been thinking about that but he doesn't want to do anything else right now.
I told him about the hornet last night, and that I think Pip ate one a week or two ago, and he said that could have triggered this. He said stress also could have caused it. My daughter had brought over her dog a week ago and he kept taking Pippin's toys away from him, and Pippin is such a sissy he wouldn't go over and try and get it back. He just would go to my daughter and cry for her to go get it. The trowing up started that night.
I just don't want to see him go through this again. Every time it has been more intense and lasted longer. |
why don't u take him this week to a specialist and for the test; what if this doesn't get better but worst; i am sorry i don't mean to scare you but if this is ibd then it will just only get worst; as you said every time is more intense and last longer; because the inflammation is more severe now and the GI is not healing. not sure what your vet is waiting for. i will keep pippin in my prayers.
