yes totally agree; my dog had same exact symptoms and she was finally diganosed with IBD; for some reasons many vets wont suspect it right away or maybe not familiar with it. for a definite diagnosis you will need an endoscopy or colonoscopy with biopsy. if this is a case of IBD the inflammation won't go away on its own; you need meds for that. so please talk to your vet soon as this disease is very painful.
