Thank you, Jodi. Your words and posts have meant a lot - you seem to know just what to say to help make me feel better.
I don't know if the doctor will be able to help Alex or not, but I have to try. I can't let Alex go on the way he is just because
I'm not ready to say goodbye, but I can't just give up on him either.
Whatever happens with the doctor &/or new meds, my main prayer is that I have the strength to decide what's in Alex's best interests, not mine. Since I'm a pretty selfish person that's not always easy for me to do.
