Thank you everyone for all your emails. He seems alittle better the vet has him on medication. I am going to the Attorney Generals office tomorrow. I have all the forms filled out. I emailed the breeder and he said since he is a hobby breeder he doesn't quailify for the lemon law. And now he won't answer any of my emails...I hope something good comes out of it.
