Welcome to Texas!! I'm in Allen, about 20 miles east of Frisco. Cricket season is just getting ready to start around here. They swarm in the late summer/early fall and yes, they are EVERYWHERE. Sorry, no help in how to get your girl to leave them alone. Fortunately, it's one of the few problems I don't have with mine.
