Sorry you are having so many problems with your new baby. I got Cali from a back yard breeder and she was so sick the first 6 months. She had several hypoglycemic attacks, coccidia, kennel cough and many trips to er vet and regular vet. She was a terrible eater. I had to hand feed her every 3-4 hours at first. Now at the age of 5 she will eat anything. The main thing is to make sure she is eating and drinking and to get her to the vets right away if she isn't. I agree she needs another fecal test. The metronidazole can be used to treat Giardia. The foster pup I had had giardia and the shelter put her on Panacur but it didn't seem to work so they switched her to metronidazole and it cleared up pretty quick. I would try and limit her diet to avoid tummy upsets from the switching of foods. I would get her rechecked as soon as possible. Please keep us posted.
