I did this, too. I was trying to switch to a kibble mine didn't like. I bought a bag of freeze dried beef liver that they both went NUTS for. It really is super easy to crush it between your fingers into a powder. And it made them both eat the kibble.

The brand I used was called PureBites and I got it at PetCo.
