If you post your question in the Grooming section, you may get more replies.
It does sometimes take some time for puppy's to get used to being brushed. Did you try by starting out just brushing her gently while she was laying in your lap? (Oh, and never brush her coat dry, spray with a conditioner first - brushing a dry coat can break it)
