yes my babies are a little spoiled...it was funny....but i seriously want the critter gone..lol

my husband is up before any one...and the dogs dont stir when he wakes up..funny they only ask me to let them out...and he watched the little mouse come down the steps and and move around the living room..and im like you didnt KILL It??? and hes like its a cute little gray mouse im not going to kill it...

i have seen him 2 times, tail high in the air..arrogant biscuit eater!!..lol

You could borrow Lil Bit, but we are in Florida and you are in Virginia, so it would cost you too much to get rid of the mouse
Oh - she has also caught a squirrel. I walked into the living room one day (a few years ago) and Lil Bit and Annie (a rescue dachsie we had at the time) were playing tug o war with something. My husband asked me what they had. When I looked closer, it was a squirrel. I had my husband take it away from them. Poor thing, its little body was still warm, but it was dead. Bruce thinks Lil Bit caught it, I thought Annie had caught it. Dacshies are "badger hunters".
