As far as talking with Mrs Biewer, she really does know very little about the dogs Mr Biewer raised.(Your opinion dear not mine, unfounded opinions hold no credibility) as it has been posted that she said Mr Biewer didnt breed his standard yorkies to the tri's and we know that is not true because the pedigrees show he did.
(A pedigree is only as good as the breeder)
After he died she got rid of every dog he owned, if she had cared about the dogs wouldn't she have kept a few? (You presume to know alot about a person, whom you have never spoken to?)
I'm sure anybody that is interested in the Biewer Yorkie has been told by somebody that if the Yorkshire Terrier is used to cross with the Biewer then it is no longer a Biewer Yorkie.

* Ask them how that can be if the FOUNDATION DAM AND SIRE ARE 100% YORKSHIRE TERRIERS? (But that information is unknown is it not because there are missing pedigrees, you yourself have stated just so, you cannot make these assumptions without all the facts)
* Ask them how that can be if YORKSHIRE TERRIERS are well entangled in the PEDIGREES of the GERMAN BIEWER?
* Ask them why the REGISTRIES in GERMANY still allow the cross?
(These registries will register any cross bred dog dear, perhaps it is because these registries also allow people to cross breed the Yorkie with a nice little Shid-Tzu as well, and pass it off as a pure bred Biewer x Yorkie, it's for the fees they get paid to register there dogs lol) and we all know they have sat back for years, issuing pointless pieces of paper, to buyers for a dog who has to date gained no credible recognition in the dog world.

A BIEWER is simply a YORKSHIRE TERRIER in a Belted pattern. The origin is of little consequence as they can be found from Germany to the United States to Hungary and around the world.
"A Biewer is simply a Yorkshire terrier" There you go again making your own assumptions of what is and is not a pure bred Yorkie, the origin is of the utmost importance, why do you register your partis with the AKC if you are not all consumed with their presumed purity and status.

Anyway a little off topic, have you had any answers to your questions of missing pedigree information on the Biewer database, if there is missing information there will be a reason, a hidden agenda maybe. I have asked for information on many of the dogs in those presumed correct pedigrees, and no one has come forward, because they do not know. I would wonder if Frau Biewer could answer your questions.
