[Cha Cha]

I just found that the neighbors big dogs are digging a hole from their side to ours under the privacy fence. It is big enough for my dogs to get under but not big enough for theirs (maybe their head). In fact, I am surprised that my dogs have not gone missing already tonight and they are fascinated by it. I mowed just last night and it was not there! I would have found it. I put two big pieces of firewood over it to temporarily cover it, but now what do I do? I feel like my whole sense of security has been jeopardized. They do not seem like the kind of people to really fix it right. So, how do you fix a hole from a digger to stop them? Fresh dirt is just going to be soft enough to redig. My dh is going to be sooooooo mad! Of course, you can imagine all the terrible thoughts going through my mind right now.... I don't think the dogs are aggressive, but that is not a chance I am willing to take. I also don't think their back yard is as secure as we keep ours should mine get under it. But, obviously it doesn't matter how secure we keep ours if our neighbors are neglectful. 10 years living here, and this is the first issue like this to ever come up. They have unusual schedules and are hard to catch. So, how do I fix this hole? Cement? I hate that their dogs has just cause me to change my way of life. Uggggg. I HATE confrontations.
