My Pixie had her Lp surgery in June. The recovery was hard but what I did is I set up different areas for her so she wouldn't get bored. I bought a small pet (rabbit, etc) xpen at petsmart and took it with me when I was in different rooms and out her in it so she wasn't isolated. I even out it on my bed so she could be on my bed but safely confined. Then I had a playyard that I put her in at night right next to my bed. After a week I was able to but her sister Roxie with her and that really helped. Pixie won't walk on a leash so I would let her walk around the house a few times a day. The surgeon sent home written detailed instructions which was good Like Mom to Hot Rod said you don't hear much of what they are saying when you go get them. As the weeks went by it was harder as my other 3 wanted to see her when she was out so I had to be real careful. I am so glad your baby is home and on the road to recovery. Keep us posted of her progress.
