Petco discontinued the free bag program late last year.
When I asked why they said that they were going to send
$ off coupons based on your total purchase VS free bag since "many" people spend a lot of money and they wanted to take total purchase into account.
I feed NB LI Brown Rice and Lamb. Great food, decent price and they are tiny so a bag goes a long way.
