If you go down to fremont street, there's the golden gate casino where the $1.99 shrimp cocktail got its start in Vegas. You can still get it for $1.99 at the shrimp bar but I'd recommend going to the Bay Street Diner instead. Very reasonable and good variety. Their fish and chips is delicious. |
A LOT of people have recommended Ellis Island. Steak dinner with potato, green beans, soup or salad AND a beer for $6.99!
