you can lure her into a sit by first say "sit" then while holding a treat and start at her nose and drag it back to her neck, she should keep watching it and plop into a sit. The second her butt hits the ground lots of praise and the treat.
it's ok if they pop right up, you can lengthen the duration after they get it, and then teach wait and stay. And those are 2 different things. Wait is wait until I call you or come get you. Stay would be stay there no matter what. |
