If a YTCA breeder is accused of not following the code of conduct, and the allegation (s) are proven, I would hope the breeder wouldn't be allowed club membership. It has been brought up. However, as you said things are handled by the board.
Just an FYI to the OP. There is nothing in the conduct/ethics that says members can't advertise on puppyfind. Do they, I like Donna have never been there, so I don't know. What it does say is the potential buyers will be screened thoroughly and all sales will be with a clear concise contract.
Now if Hylan Acres has produced a parti, I hope that she does what is an unwritten rule. Place it as a pet.
