Hylan is a show breeder and no I do not believe they raises Parti’s.
Now mine you this is the story I heard .
A person had a Parti pup pop up from Hylan lines she contacted Hylan about
it and was told to put the pup down.
The person refused to destroy the pup.
I do know that
Ch Hylan Ridin the Storm (who runs strong Hylan and Tiffany lines)
and
Hylan Darling Diva (who runs strong Durrner lines)
produced a Parti carrier named Hylan Diva’s Dannilyn Has it all.
