If a YTCA breeder is accused of not following the code of conduct, and the allegation (s) are proven, I would hope the breeder wouldn't be allowed club membership. You ask why this has not been brought up, how do we know it has not. Perhaps the YTCA is aware and taking action that we are not aware of.
If you have specific information have you contacted anyone within YTCA to report this, specifically a board member?
I think it's a bit unfair to insist that all members have knowledge of every other members practices and what is being done about them.
