Well that's good to know

It may have been defective. To be fair, we haven't had one since or known anyone else who used one. It could work fine in other instances, but I personally wouldn't want another one that's all!

P.S. If it was a question as to whether or not it was specifically made soft or not (I'm not too sure from the phrasing), it was *supposed* to be that way, but it may have been defective within its own category. ^_^
