I do not worm puppies unless they have worms, and if the other dogs do not have worms, the puppies won't get them either. I do not believe in feeding them poison unnecessarily.
I do not force mine to wean, I let the mother decide when it's time. I start to supplement them at 4 weeks with goats milk and baby rice cereal. Then add Royal Canin baby dog kibble at 6 weeks.

I also give the mother a half of a boiled egg and some cottage cheese twice a day untill the puppies are 6 to 8 weeks old, depending on how much they are eating on their own.
