Don't worry, you're not complaining! I'm very shocked at this and I can understand your frustration. It is really terrible how these people treat their animals. Sad to say (and probably not pc), Asians show very little respect for animal and even human life. My brother is in Hong Kong at the moment and he is outraged by the sick pets in the pet stores! These pets are so sick and worried and unhappy - I can't believe some people. And then, there are the whale killings, the eating of human fetuses, the skinning of live animals... I'm getting nauseous.

Personally, I will never understand the desire to have such a small and sickly dog. I know a lot of the small ones are healthy, but if you only breed for size, the other qualities will get left behind. Such as temperament, coat quality, coat colour. And hereditary diseases are passed along because no testing is done.

I love dogs and I absolutely adore yorkies, but I want them to be dogs. They should run around and behave like dogs, not dolls! If you don't want a dog, don't buy one. If you want a cute little thing to stick in your purse, buy a doll. JMHO
