I would call your Veterinarian ASAP especially with the ingesting of wallpaper. There's no telling what could be in the adhesive compound used on the backing that could be dangerous to your baby!
Even if your Veterinarian's office hours are closed, there should be a recording as who to contact in an emergency.
If you have to travel a distance to reach their emergency veterinarian clinic...you should do it!
