My girls will do this if there is even one microscopic poo particle left behind. When I see the butt scootin boogie, I know to either grab a baby wipe or head to the bathroom to do a butt washing. I have always told my boys (skin kids) it's only poop. There are lots worse things you could get on you and besides it washes of with soap and water and some things don't.
