I hear people calling from their yard for the dog to return, so I am not sure if they would get here in time to see it loose. And I don't want anything other than peace with my neighbors. How does that work? Will they at least go and talk to them, and keep my name anonymous? I've never had to call before, so I'm clueless about the Animal Control policies and procedures. And I don't want them to lose their dog, I just want them to keep it in their yard and keep it safe.
