Buster is 4 months old on the 14th of April. He has not been neutered yet, he'll be neutered the 22nd I think. How do you tell the difference between when they are marking or peeing? Its just so weird because he does soo good about going to the door and only going outside and stuff but even if he's just been outside and WENT he'll still go on carpet.
